WithCommunity Artist Program

Submit your artwork for use in WithCommunity stores, products, and community-driven campaigns.
We work with artists to bring visual art into WithCommunity stores, products, and community-driven campaigns. When work is selected, we help it reach the right audiences and generate sales.

Revenue from those sales is shared with the artist and the collaborating community partner.

How We Collaborate With Artists

You keep ownership of your work—we handle production and sales, and share the revenue, with clear terms for how your work is used.

What We Handle

WithCommunity manages:

  • Product setup
  • Production and fulfillment
  • Storefront and checkout
  • Customer support
  • Tracking and reporting

How Your Work Is Used

You retain ownership of your original artwork.

If your work is selected for products, we receive a time-bound exclusive merchandise license for that use.

Your work may be cropped, formatted, adapted, or combined with other elements for products, promotion, or online presentation.

How Net Sales Are Shared

When accepted work is used in products and those products sell, net sales are generally shared:

  • About one-third to the artist
  • About one-third to the participating community partner to support its ongoing outreach efforts
  • About one-third to WithCommunity

Details are defined in our Artist Submission and Royalty Agreement.
