Our organizing team arranges invitation-only, one-on-one and small-group Zoom conversations. Each meetup has a proposed agenda to help participants exchange perspectives, share experiences, and explore possible solutions.

Invited participants respond to a scheduling poll. We coordinate a meeting time based on their availability and confirm the arrangements.
Come Prepared
Before the meetup, participants receive information about the people joining the discussion, a proposed agenda, and Zoom meeting details.

Participants come together for a focused exchange of experiences, perspectives, and ideas. The proposed agenda provides direction while leaving room for new insights and unexpected connections.
Recording and Privacy
Meetups are recorded and transcribed. These conversations can contribute to research, deepen our understanding of societal challenges, and help identify potential solutions.

Recordings are not shared publicly.
After the Conversation
A thoughtful exchange can be the beginning of something larger. Participants can access the transcript and share feedback following their meetup.
What we learn can inform future discussions, public discourse, research, and new initiatives. The relationships formed may also lead to collaborations and other opportunities.
Not every conversation needs to produce an immediate solution. Sometimes the most valuable outcome is a new perspective, a deeper understanding of a challenge, or a connection worth continuing.
