This program is for people who run communities online:

We work with you to build an art collection around what matters in your community and share it through your existing channels.
When members choose to buy, artists earn royalties and your outreach receives financial support.

Conversation-ready posts (and help using them)
Draft posts, prompts, and image sets you can adapt to your own voice. If you want more support, we can also help get them posted and scheduled.
Royalties connected to your community
You earn royalties from qualifying activity connected to your community.

Hands-off logistics

You decide how often and how you post. Our job is to make it easy, enjoyable, and aligned with your community.
How it works
1. We start with a short conversation via Zoom.
We learn about your community, what people show up for, and what feels “on” or “off” for your space — and we share ideas we have for growing followers and engagement around meaningful conversations and art.
2. You announce the partnership, invite artists, and help surface what matters.
We help you draft a post in your group announcing the collaboration and making a call for artists so members of your community can submit their own work.
At the same time, we bring a network of artists whose work can fit your themes.
Together, we use posts, questions, wishlists, and calls for ideas to surface what has real meaning:

- memories and stories people return to
- images or ideas your members keep referencing
- themes they care about but don’t always have words for
3. We build and grow your collection; you post links in your group.
Based on what surfaced, we propose a set of artworks and product ideas — from artists in our network and, where applicable, from artists in your community. You review, adjust, and approve.
We then:
- create a co-branded collection on our shop built around your stories, causes, and themes
- give you a simple collection link that takes people straight to your section
- give you individual links for each featured piece so you can post one image at a time in your group
4. You make posts in your group using those links as often as fits your community.
Each post and the collection link are tracked, so your community gets credit whether someone buys from a specific post or by browsing your collection.
As you see what your community engages with, we rotate pieces, add new art, and grow the collection with you. This is an ongoing cycle, not a one-time launch.
A subset of people will choose to buy. The rest still get value from the conversation.
You Earn Royalties When
Members buy from your collection
When your community visits your collection and buys, your group participates in the royalties from those sales.
Your people buy elsewhere in the network.
When someone who first came through your collection or partner link later buys from other collections or sites in our network, your community can continue to earn on that activity for a defined period.
Artists connected to your community succeed.
When artists who come in through your group do well across the broader network, your community shares in a portion of that success.
All links are tracked, so you don’t have to manage codes or spreadsheets. Royalties are paid out on a regular schedule with clear reporting.
In short: you earn when your collection does well, when your people keep buying elsewhere in the network, and when artists connected to your community succeed.
Network visibility
When art that is rooted in your community resonates beyond your group:
- That art may be included in collections for other communities across the network.
- Those uses can reference your group or project as the origin, giving people a path back to you.
Your community’s stories and images can travel further, while still being connected back to their source.

Openhill LLC operates the underlying art and royalty program across a network of sites, including WithCommunity.
Your visible collaboration is with WithCommunity.
Your royalty agreement and payouts are administered by Openhill.
